Technical Support (m/f) Italy


General information

 

Our products are innovative and shape the practical progress of the markets. We are growing dynamically and expanding our marketing department. Seize the opportunity to join our Italian-based team in Bologna as soon as possible to help us successfully develop our market presence.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Phone support to all target groups, based on the use of products during planning and installation, with focus on the current standards/norms
  • Training and advice to colleagues about products and their use
  • Organization / support for technical meetings directed to target groups (in Italy or in Germany)
  • Preparation and updating of product presentations and main focus competences (gas and water installations)
  • Calculation, sizing and estimation of potable water, heating and radiant systems
  • Management of technical complaints and on-site consultancy if necessary
  • Translation and localization of assembly instructions and product data sheets based on the original texts
  • Drafting of tender list
  • Technical analysis of the competitors
  • Support for marketing activities for preparation of brochures, technical sheets, articles for magazines, newsletters and management of the company website

 

Your profile:

 

  • Civil Engineering Degree, Energy Engineering Degree or Graduation in Thermal Engineering
  • Work experience at least 3 years in the plumbing trade
  • Good knowledge of Office applications
  • Good familiarity with AutoCad-based applications and BIM knowledge
  • Sufficient knowledge of management systems based on SAP / R3
  • Knowledge and fluent use of Italian in the technical field, good spoken and written knowledge of English and / or German language
  • Strong communicative attitude, advice and customer orientation
  • Ability to work in autonomy and responsibility, but always in the context of an intercultural team
  • Good organizational skills and planning of their work activities, in compliance with the deadlines required
  • Willingness to travel to Germany for technical updating and for accompanying customers to the main establishment
